What is your processing timeline for in-stock items?

Allow 1-3 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. All orders are shipped from Malaysia using Pos Malaysia.

Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders within Malaysia take 3-5 business days and may take up to a month or longer for other countries. All orders will include a tracking number.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual times may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier, customs, etc.

 Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any lost envelopes once they leave my hands!

I ordered a preorder item. How long would it take to arrive?

 Typically, preorders will ship 1-2 months after the preorder period ends.

What if my package is lost?

Once the item is handed off to postal services, Packages are out of my control. 

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 3 weeks, please contact me and I can arrange for a reshipment. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Please double-check to make sure you have ordered the correct items as I won't be able to refund once your item is sent. 

My package came but it was damaged.

Please contact me through my email redacestarz@gmail.comTwitter, or Instagram, and provide photographic proof of the damaged goods! We will provide a partial refund or replacement.  But you claim it was suddenly damaged, I am no longer liable to replace the item or offer services.
